"Winchester - Ivan L. Mills, 66, R.R.1, Winchester, died at Community Care Center after an eight-month illness. He was a former Winchester city policeman, a former employee of Anchor Hocking Glass Co. & a retired farmer. He also was a Wayne Co. native & a US Army veteran of WW II. Survivors include his wife, Daisey (sic); five brothers, Leland and Larry of Winchester, Lloyd & Max of Union City, & Herman of Cambridge City; six sisters, Fae Spradling & Joan Huffman, both of Winchester, Wanda Wysong of Ridgeville, Judy Hansen of Greenfield, & Lorene Himebaugh & Barbara Maner, both of Richmond. Funeral was at the Congregational Christian Church, with burial in Woodlawn Cem.
