Young McQueen, 77, of Rogers will be at 2 pm today at Sheffield Funeral Home in Rogers with minister Allen Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Sharp Cemetery near
Rockdale. She died Tuesday at her residence.
Mrs McQueen was born in Oklahoma to Hermon H Young and Ida Lee Warren Young. She was raised in Texas and lived in Rogers for many years. She worked as a cook and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe B McQueen in 1961; and a son, Doyle McQueen in 1978.
Survivors are two sons, HL McQueen, and Jodie McQueen; three
daughters, Sue Tomascik, Annetta Pemberton, Gloria Ragan; three sisters, Mary Hawkins, Edith Young, and Ollie Kolar;
one brother Kim Young; 18 grandchildren; and 24 great grand-
children.
