CYRIL EDWARD STEWART
A former resident of Almonte and a retired cabinet maker at Prescott. Mr. Cyril Edward Stewart of Morrisburg and Prescott, died suddenly at Roydon Manor. Morrisburg, on Sunday. October 15, 1978. He was in his 47th year. Born in Almonte on December 22, 1931, he was a son of the late Thomas Stewart and his wife, Jessie Ann MacGregor. He received his education at Almonte and area schools, and was a member of the Anglican Church. Surviving are three sons, Chris of Prescott and Larry and Mark of Maitland, and two daughters. Cathy Ann and Darlene, both of Maitland, Also surviving is a sister. Hazel (Mrs. Howard Dransfield) of Almonte. The funeral was held from the Gamble & Comba Funeral Home. Church Street. Almonte, on October 17, to St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery for burial. Rev, Harry Brown of St. Paul's conducted the services. Pallbearers were Roy Morrow, Ernie Craig. Art Sinnett, Donald 0 'Donohue. Russell McGill and Harold Camelon.
