Louis Christian Maisel, Jr., 88, of Westminster, MD, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023, at his home. Born on May 16, 1934, in Catonsville, MD, he was the son of the late Louis Christian Maisel, Sr. and Addiebelle White Maisel. He was the beloved husband of Linda Lee Parks Maisel.
Years ago, Louis was a real estate agent. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and a member of the Grace Bible Church. He enjoyed golfing and fishing.
Surviving him in addition to his wife is a daughter: Barbara "Bobbi" Koppenhaver husband James of Hampstead, MD, daughter-in-law: Janice Maisel of Eldersburg, MD, grandchildren: Heather and husband Vinnie, Matthew, great-grandchildren: Aiden, Brycen, and Nathan, and siblings: Elsie Paddy of Catonsville, MD, and Raymond Maisel and wife Carolyn of Eldersburg, MD
Louis was predeceased by a son: Mark Maisel, and sisters: Addiebelle Dauber, Dorothy Reis, and Nancy Bloomer.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, April 14, from 9-11 am, at the Grace Bible Church, 3250 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am, officiated by Rev. Greg Breen.
A private interment will be held at Middletown Cemetery, Freeland, MD.
If desired, donations in Louis' name may be offered to the Grace Bible Church, 3250 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102.
