Minott, Sean M. Age 20. Suddenly Friday, April 29, 2011 as a result of an apparent undiagnosed heart condition.
He was a graduate St. Mary Immaculate grade school and of Plainfield Central High School class of 2009. He was attending Joliet Junior College and was working towards his life long dream of becoming a fire fighter. He was an avid fisherman and accomplished marksman. He especially enjoyed spending weekends at Nannie and Grandpa's house at the river surrounded by his family and friends. For many years Sean loved playing baseball and football with PAC and the PJC Clubs. He was a dirt bike rider and loved the challenge that it brought.
Sean was preceded in death by his father Timothy Minott in 2003. He is survived by his loving mother Susan (nee Barbic) and her companion Neil W. Freeman, one brother: Ryan Minott and one sister: Megan Minott, all of Lockport, also the love of his life: Jessica Bustamante of Channahon, his maternal grandparents Larry (Sharon) Barbic of Crest Hill, his paternal grandparents: Robert (Norma) Minott of Florida; aunts and uncles Mike (Linda) Barbic, Joe (Kathy) Barbic, Bobby (Glenda) Minott, Bill (Mary) Minott, and Julie (Bruce) Biondini. Numerous cousins and special friends also survive.
Funeral Services for Sean M. Minott will be Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 9:45 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Mary Immaculate Cemetery.
