Patsy Brockman, 78, of Columbia, formerly of Moberly, MO, died Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at Boone Hospital Center. Patsy was born October 31, 1933, in Huntsville, MO, to John and Lucinda Freeman Moore.
Patsy lived in Moberly and Cameron, MO, where she owned and operated a daycare. She was a member of Jefferson Avenue United Methodist Church in Moberly.
Survivors include her children, Randy Brockman and wife Sue of Peyton, CO, Greg Brockman and wife Jean of rural Higbee, MO, Harold Kent Brockman of Moberly, Jerry Brockman and wife Janeane of Columbia, Becky Coe and husband Randy of Kearney, MO, 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, a sister Avanelle Berryman and husband Francis of Independence, MO, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold Eugene Brockman, a daughter Kathy Brockman, two granddaughters, Amanda Brockman and Tiffany Brockman, and a brother Freeman Moore.
Services will be Monday, 10:00 a.m. at Cater Funeral Home Chapel with committal prayers and interment in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Cater Funeral Home.
