Tommy Wayne Eudy, 61, of New London, went to be with Jesus, Thursday, September 13, 2012, at CMC NorthEast, Concord.

The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home, Albemarle on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The funeral service will be at Paul's Crossing Baptist Church, where he was a member, on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 4:00 pm. Rev. Keith Walters will officiate and the burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Born February 24, 1951 in Stanly County, NC, he was the son of the late Charlie Spencer Eudy, Sr. and the late Lillie Mae Teeter Eudy. He was also preceded in death by an infant son who died at birth, as well as a sister, Peggy Thompson, brother, David Eudy and sister, Linda Burns.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki Lynn Swanner Eudy of the home; daughters, Cathy Eudy Dennis and husband Chad of New London, Robin Eudy Rogers and husband Kevin of Thomasville; grandchildren, Brandon and Lilly Rogers; brothers Bobby Eudy and wife Nancy, Charlie Eudy, Jr. and wife Sara, sister, Joyce Holland, brother Jimmy Eudy and wife Faye, sister, Betty Leonard and husband James, brother William Eudy, sister Brenda Cody and brother, Ricky Eudy and wife Barbara.

He loved being a farmer, working his fields, and most of all he loved being a Pawpaw!
