He was killed over the weekend in a head-on collision two miles south of Mt Carmel on Illinois 1.
Mr Casburn was born in Mt Vernon on Jan 28, 1947, the son of Richard W and Betty (Archer) Casburn.
Survivors include his two sons and two brothers.
