Maude E. Wagner, 93, formerly of Shelbyville, passed away Friday, June 10, 2022 at Morristown Manor.
Born November 4, 1928 in Noble Township, she was the daughter of John Colee and Justina(Burns)Colee. She married H. Franklin Wagner on December 25, 1948 and he preceded her on January 24, 1984.
Survivors include 4 children - Vivian(John)Burton, Harold Dean(Cindy0Wagner, Robert (Sherrie)Wagner, Russell(Mary)Wagner; 2 sisters - Marlene(Richard)Turner, Mary Sebastian; 2 brothers - George Colee, John(Sue)Colee; 13 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse, a daughter, Lori Anne Wagner; sister, Mabel Bonenberger; son-in-law, Richard Sebastian, and daughter-in-law, Janine Colee.
Mrs. Wagner was a lifelong resident of this area, and was a homemaker.
She graduated from Waldron high School, and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road with Pastor Seth Taylor officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
Memorial contributions can be made to American Heart Association, in care of the funeral home.
