Ray Bryant – Seneca

Ray Bryant, 84, Seneca, died Sunday at the Faulk County Memorial Hospital in Faulkton.

Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.n. at the Luce Funeral Home, Faulkton, with the Rev. Gary Rae officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Seneca.

Ray Bryant was born Jan. 14, 1899, in Seneca and lived all of his life in the Seneca area. He was married to Anna Schaeffer June 24, 192, in Gettysburg. After is first wife's death, he married Bessie Sampson Jan. 2, 1980, in Miller. He was a past member of the Seneca Odd Fellows.

Survivors include his wife, Bessie of Highmore; three daughters, Mrs. Boyd (Deloris) Roseland, Pierre, Mrs. Duane (Loretta) Stebbins, Sparce, Nev., and Mrs. Robert (Dianna) Binfet, Aberdeen; one son, James Bryant, Gettysburg; three brothers, Tom, of Washington; Lee, of Long Beach, Calif., and George, of Seneca; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, two great-grandchildren, three brothers and two sisters.
