SIMPSONVILLE, SC-- Michael Charles "Mike" Osment, 42, of 119 Stewart Rd., died Wednesday, October 21, 1987 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center of natural causes. Born February 13, 1945 in North Carolina, he was the son of Pearl Morgan Osment Shealey of Leesville and the late J.J. Osment. He was the co-owner of M&J Maintenance and Repair Company. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving in addition to his mother, are his wife Dianne Osment, two daughters, Phyllis Osment and Deana Osment; a brother, Lee Osment of Leesville; a sister, Jan Bean of Spartanburg; and his maternal grandmother Addie Morgan of Pacolet.
