Born May 11, 1888 in Plato Center, the daughter of Louis and Mary Welter Seyller, she resided in Elgin for the past 60 years.
She was a member of St. Laurence Church, Elgin, the Altar and Rosary Society of the church and VFW Women's Auxiliary of Elgin.
Surviving are the widower, Theron, to whom she was married May 17, 1911; two sons Gerald and Donald, both of Elgin; two granddaughters, Mrs. Therine Drexler of St. Charles and Mrs. Deborah Meier of Elgin; one grandson, Dennis Ahrens of Elgin; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Walter Seyller of Hampshire and one sister, Mrs. Anna Hill of West Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, one daughter and three brothers.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 9 a.m. in the O'Connor Funeral Home, Elgin, to St. Laurence Church for Mass at 9:30. Burial will be in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery, Hampshire.
Friends may call in the funeral home after 7 this evening. Rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
