Mrs. Robison has been an active member of Woodmen of the World Society in Hagerstown area, the local Eastern Star in her community, Cheverly Quilters, and the United Methodist Church of Cheverly. While raising her family, she was both a Girl Scout Leader and a Cub Scout Den mother. She graduated in 1966 from the University of Maryland with a BS degree in Education, and taught grade 2 in Prince Georges Count Public Schools for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, a daughter,Kay Hinegardner of Manassas, Va; two sons, James T. Robison Jr. of Sacramento, California, Edwin Robison of Silver Spring, Md; a brother, Henry Vick of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Lawrence Vick of Vergennes, Il; and 8 grandchildren. A brother Russell Vick preceded her in death.
Services will be held at Cheverly United Methodist Church on Feb. 14. A second service will be held at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Illinois on Feb. 17, followed by interment at Jonesboro Cemetery in Union County.
In lieu of flowers gifts to the Colorectal Cancer Foundation may be made.
