Oma G. Mangold, 90, of 80 Virginia Street, Keyser, died on Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at her son Howard Lee Mangold's residence in San Antonio, Texas.
Born January 10. 1911, in Barnum, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Howard Grant and Ellera-Blanche (Bever) Liller. She was also preceded in death by her husband Howard T. Mangold on October 23, 1994.
Mrs. Mangold was a retired Clerk from the B&O Railroad. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church and Alkire Chapter #10, OES. She was a graduate of Piedmont High School and Huffman School of Nursing, Keyser.
Surviving are a son Howard Lee Mangold and wife Vivian of San Antonio, Texas; granddaughter Anita Louise Eisthen and husband Robert of Cincinnati, Ohio and grandson Howard Keith Mangold of San Antonio, Texas.
Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home, Keyser, on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted at the Calvary United Methodist Church on Friday, May 11, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. E. Jay West officiating. The body will be taken to the Church one hour prior to services.
Alkire Chapter #10, O.E.S will hold a memorial service on Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary United Methodist Church, 233 S. Mineral Street, Keyser, WV 26726.
