Fourth St., died at 3:30 a.m., Sunday in the Dor-A-Lin Nursing Home, after an extended illness. Born Nov. 25, 1895, in Burr, Mo., Mrs. Rapert had lived here for one year, coming from Berrien Springs. Survivors include four sons, Elvest and Clifford, both of Jackson, Hall of New Port Richie, Fla., and Clyde of Orlando, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Effie Qualls of Lake City, Ark., and Mrs. Loretta Frasher of Niles; 27 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the McLauchlin Funeral Home, Berrien Springs, with Elder Elmer Malcom of the Berrien Springs Seventh-day Adventist Church officiating. Burial will be in rose Hill Cemetery, Berrien Springs. Friends may call at the funeral home."

Other children were: Ulis Tifoney Rapert who died 30 May 1967 in Memphis, TN and is buried in the Monnete Cemetery in Monette, Craighead Co. Arkansas, Elvest O. Rapert who died 27 Jan 1989 in Parma, Jackson Co.,MI and Halbert R. Rapert who died on 20 Jun 1995 in Bradenton, Manatee Co., Florida.
