E.D. Murdock, age 66, 2907 Shahan Avenue, died this morning at the residence after an illness of 7 years. Funeral will be announced by Collier-Butler pending the arrival of out of town relatives. Murdock was a member of the Baptist church, employed with Republic Steel for 25 years. Survived by his wife, Mrs. Pearl Murdock; one daughter, Mrs. Burnie Norris, Alabama City; and one son, John L.
