She was an avid crocheter and has made at least 50 afghans. She also was a great gardner and raised and gave away fruits vegetables and beautiful flowers to anyone who came to visit.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is the mother of Jean, LaVon, and Larry.
She died 15 November 1998 and is buried in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery.
