Death of Miss Ida Granstrom
Miss Ida Granstrom, aged 25 years 5 months and 10 days, died Monday morning at her home on Bacon Street after an illness of several years from tuberculosis. Until recently, Miss Granstrom had been employed at the Goodnow, Pearson & Co. department store in Gardner.
She was born in Gardner, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Granstrom and besides her parents, she leaves one brother, Fritz G. Granstrom, and six sisters, Mrs. Frida M. Tofeldt of Westminster, Mrs. Hedvig Larson of Concord, NH, Mrs. Hilma Olson of Stamford, CT and Misses Martha V., Anna K, and Olga E. Granstrom all of Gardner.
The funeral will be from her late home in Westminster on Wednesday at 1:30 pm, with services by Rev. Karl Martin, pastor of the Sacndinavian Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the family lot in Crystal Lake Cemetery, Gardner.
