Patrick M. Curley, widower of Winifred M. (Raggett) Curley, 360 Washington Street, died this morning in Morton Hospital after a long illness. He was 82. Born in County Lanark, Scotland, son of the late John and Marion (Mullen) Curley, he had lived in this community most of his life and retired in 1952 from the Whittenton Manufacturing Company as a foreman after 50 years' service. Educated in Ireland, he was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church and a member of the church's Holy Name Society. He was a past officer of the Whittenton Temperance Society. Surviving are two sons, Thomas P. and Edward J., both of this city; two daughters, Mrs. S. Charles (Rita P.) Piesco of this city, and Mrs. Thomas F. (Anna M.) Parker Jr. of New Bedford; one sister, Mrs. Mary Thompson, and one brother Allan, both of this city. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
