Betty was born Feb. 10, 1937 in Madison County, Tenn., the daughter of the late Allie B. Vincent Cash and Mary Margaret Jones Cash. She was a Nurse LPN at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital for 15 years. She enjoyed reading and was very active in the Women's Missionary Union at Grace Baptist Church of the Southern Baptist Convention.
Surviving is her husband of 56 years, James "Frank" Arnold; two sons, James Michael "Mike" Arnold (Robyn) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Philip Duane "Phil" Arnold (Dawn) of Parkersburg; one daughter, Sharon Elizabeth Wise of Grafton; two sisters, Lois Klukis (Joe) and Lynda Alling (Ken) all of Ill.; one brother; Roger "Dale" Cash (Dorothy) of Florida; four grandchildren, Christopher Arnold and Sarah Arnold, both of Cincinnati, Joshua Arnold of Parkersburg and Calvin Wise of Grafton; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Lambert- Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Pastor Todd Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens of Parkersburg. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Lambert- Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna.
