16 Persons Die in State Road Mishaps

Three persons were killed in a head-on crash on old U.S. 12 about five miles west of Jackson Saturday afternoon. The victims were Leland A. Stewart, 48, of Kalamazoo; David Osborn, 21, and his father Ormand Osborn, 59, both of Parma.
Stewart and David Osborn were the drivers. Another Osborn son--Paul, 17--was injured in the accident.
