Susanna Mary Moynan married Richard Thomas Moynan in Q2, 1884, in Thurles district.
He was a well-known Artist & Painter, a member of the Royal Hibernian Academy.


In the 1901 census, the Moynan family were living at Garville Avenue, Rathgar, Dublin. [subsequently found to be 15, Garville Avenue]
Present were,
Richard Thomas Moynan, aged 45, an Artist/Painter, born in Dublin.
Susanna Mary, his wife, aged 45, born in Thurles.
Eileen Nora, daughter, aged 13, a Scholar, born in Dublin.
Richard Francis Henry, son, aged 9, a Scholar, born in Dublin.

a domestic servant was also present.

In the 1911 census, the Moynan family were living at 33, Kimmage Road, Dublin.
Present were,
Susanna Mary Moynan, aged 55, a widow, born in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
She had given birth to 3 children, 2 of whom were alive.
Eileen Norah, daughter, aged 23, a shorthand typist, single, born in Rathmines, Dublin.

Allen Victor Dagg, a 21 year old Bank Clerk, born in Co. Wicklow, was also present. He was listed as "a Boarder".


In the 1911 census, her son Richard was living with his Aunt [sister of his late father] Anna Susannah Ouseley Moynan Allen and her husband Wentworth Allen, at King Edward Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow.
