On the 1910 Lyons, Cook Co., IL census, I found electrical contractor, Edward O Horn, 40; wife May B, 38; Horn sons or daughter: Edward O., 12; Donald R, 6; DORIS B, 6; Gilbert A, 4 and servant Martha M Brinkeman, 16. They were all born in Illinois, except for Edward, born in Massachusetts.
On the 1940 Chicago, Cook Co., IL census, I found auditor for Mfr Printer rollers, Bert W Anderson, 32 and wife Doris B Anderson, 27, both IL born. They resided at 146 N Hermitage Street.
Her full dates from the SSDI are 6 Feb 1913 to 20 Apr 2001 in Lake, Illinois.
There is a photo of her from about 1924 on her mother, Emma Stephani Hautau's site (see her bio for identification). Reunion of sorts includes Hautaus, Llewellyns and Horns.
