Born April 27, 1953, he was the son of Herbert and Marie Eshelman Dice Sr. of Chambersburg.
Mr. Dice enjoyed hunting, fishing and showing horses. In his youth he was active in 4-H and FFA. He won the "I Dare You" award in 1970, and was a member of the Horse & Pony Club, Pig Club, Beef Club and Dairy Club and served as president of the FFA for one year.
From 1981-88, he worked as a fitter & welder in Houston, Texas, and then drove long distance trucking for four years. From 1993 till 2001 he drove truck for Charles Brake Co. and then worked for David H. Martin until his illness and death. He was of the Protestant faith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Lois Dice of Frederick, Md.; and two brothers, Roger and Larry Dice of Chambersburg.
Interment in Brechbill Cemetery, Chambersburg.
