Infant Saoirse Ann Rhodes, 8 days, lost her courageous battle for life on Tuesday, September 25th, 2012 at 1:50 a.m. at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. She was born on September 16, 2012 at 12:41 p.m. in Indianapolis weighing only 1 lb. and 1 oz.; the first child of Brian D. and Michelle S. (Perry) Rhodes of Martinsville. Although her days on earth were short numbered, she was surrounded every day with the love and support of her family.
Saoirse will be sadly missed and always remembered by her family including her paternal grandmother, Judith DeLury of Markleville, IN; maternal grandparents, Edward and Laurel Adair of Martinsville; maternal great grandmother, Maryellen Burkle of Park Rapids, MN; four uncles, Neil Rhodes of Virginia, Shane DeLury of New York, Chris Matt Carter of Indianapolis and Chris Perry of Ohio and two aunts, Nikita McDonald of Indianapolis and Heather Mack of Canada.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service conducted by Rev. Chris Page on Saturday, September 29th, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Hoosier Harvest Church, 4085 Leonard Rd., Martinsville, IN 46151. There will be no visitation or burial.
