Professonal Hockey Player. A native of Toronto, Ontario, Davidson played fr teams in the NHL, IHL, OHA-JR, TMHL, OHA-SR, and the AHL hockey leagues. At 5'11, and 175lbs, Davidson played the position of Left Wing for the Toronto Canoe Club from 1928 to 1932, Toronto City Services from 1929 to 1930, 1932 to 1933, Toronto Marlboros from 1932 to 1934, Toronto Maple Leafs from 1934 to 1946, and the Syracuse Stars from 1934 to 1936. Davidson was also Head Coach of the St. Louis Flyers from 1946 to 1947, and the Pittsburgh Hornets from 1947 to 1950, both in the AHL hockey league. Davidson also later became a scout and ambassador for the Toronto Maple Leafs for more then 4o years. Davidson passed away on September 26, 1996, at the age of 84, in Toronto, Ontario.
