Jason was born in Sarasota, FL on November 26, 1974, a son of David and Denise (Owen) Mulchahey, Jr.
Jason resided in Derry for the past seven years, formerly living in Windham, NH. He was a member of St. Matthews Church in Windham. Jason loved working on and riding motorcycles. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents of Derry, he is survived by two daughters, Julianna Mulchahey and Crystal Ann Defranco, his two brothers, David Mulchahey III and Ryan Mulchahey both of Derry, his grandparents, David and Sally Mulchahey, Sr. of Derry, several aunts and uncles. He is also survived by, Katie Massero, beloved mother of his daughter Julianna Mulchahey.
