Peter was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. He is preceded in death by two of his children, Joseph Albano and Peter Albano. He is survived my his loving wife, Grace of 52 years; son, Tony Albano and daughter, Tammy Linehan, son-in-law Michael, three grandchildren, Heather Necaise (David), Kasey Krasne, Karly Krasne, four great grandchildren, brother, Nick Albano, brother -in-law, Joseph Ferlita (Florence), sister-in-law, Patricia Bodden, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was an avid fisherman and loyal fan to his beloved football team, the Florida Gators. Peter loved The Lord and he was a faithful member of the Beit Tehila Congregation Church. In his youth he proudly served in the United States Navy and thereafter worked for the Tony Ferlita Crate Company for many years before being employed at the McNichols Company, "The Hole Team", where he eventually retired. He was a friend to everyone, having never met a stranger. He loved humor and could always be counted on for a good laugh. Peter was a very caring man and was always there for anyone in need, always willing to help. Most recently, he lovingly and selflessly cared for his mother-in-law, Annie Ferlita our Nana, who preceded him in death only a few months ago. Peter will be remembered fondly for always saying "Don't talk bad about anybody, do what God tells you to do, and don't worry about it." Let us all honor Peter by remembering these wise words. There are no words to express how dearly he will be missed by those of us he left behind, but we know where he is today, and although we are sad, we rejoice because we have the hope and assurance that we will be together again.
