James Derry Chapman, 86, died Sunday, September 30, 2012.
Services will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 10:00AM at Park Memorial United Methodist Church, Arkwright Road. The Reverends Sam Lamback and Cecil Hazen will officiate. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. The family will greet friends on Wednesday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Park Memorial United Methodist Church, 5290 Arkwright Road, Macon, Georgia 31210 or to the National Kidney Foundation , 2951 Flowers Road, South, Suite 211, Atlanta, Georgia 30341.
Hart's Mortuary and Crematory, Cherry Street, has charge of arrangements.
