Leola Victory was born June 19th, 1911 and went to heaven on September 29th, 2012. She was 101 years old. She was preceded in death by parents, Lizzie and Andrew Brown. Two sons, Jack and Charles Victory, and husband, Paulie Victory. She is survived by one daughter, Margaret Wickliffe, husband Bob Wickliffe. Two daughter-in-laws, Ann and Nora Victory. Nine grandchildren, Dean Victory, Debbie Victory, Chip Victory, Danny Victory, Mike Victory, Ronnie Victory, Jerry Don Wickliffe, Becky Hickman, and Kim Funderberg. Eleven great-grandchildren, Danny Victory Jr., Josh Victory, Ben Victory, Travis Victory, Johnny Victory, Amy Wickliffe, Jeremy Wickliffe, Cody Funderburg, Logan Funderburg, Zach Hickman, and Faith Duke. Four great-great-grandchildren, Lucas Wickliffe, Emily Wickliffe, Amber Wickliffe, Paisley Victory and Graycen Duke.
She was the caretaker of everyone she loved. She loved to cook and everyone loved her cooking. We all knew that eating was a requirement when you went to grandma's house. Her favorite shows were Wrestling, Wheel of Fortune and The Price is Right. She was a founding member of Crystal Hill Assembly of God Church. She was a Holy Ghost filled Christian until the end. She was also proud of her Native American heritage. Our family will not be the same without her but our lives are richer for having her in it.
