Mrs. Nellie V. Bola, 72, a life-long resident of Lake Placid, New York, died Tuesday, May 12, 1964, at Placid Memorial Hospital in Lake Placid. She and her husband, George J. Bola, made their home at 41 Forest Street, Lake Placid.
Mrs. Bola was born April 9, 1892, in Lake Placid, the daughter of Archibald and Mary (Wood) MacMillan. She was a member of Catholic Daughters of America.
Survivors besides her husband are three sons, Leo and George A. of Lake Placid, and Bernard of Saranac Lake, New York, two daughters, Mrs. William Toner of Huntingdon, Long Island, and Mrs. Dante Fragassi of Rochester, New York, a sister, Mrs. Ida Dennin of Lake Placid and 18 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in St. Agnes' Church in Lake Placid, with burial in the parish cemetery.
