Lloyd V. Duffield, 82, of Ladd, Illinois, died at 6 a.m. February 9, 2007 in St Margaret's Hospital in Spring Valley. He was born in Ladd, Illinois to Vern and Esther (Brady) Duffield on March 24, 1924. He served with the Marine Corps as an aviation mechanic in the Pacific during WWII. He married Margaret Ulrich on October 23, 1948.
