William *F. Freytag, 44, of Dallas, Texas, formerly of Easton, was stricken fatally with a heart attack Saturday while attending a dinner at a Dallas hotel.
Mr. Freytag was a son of Mrs. Elsie Freytag of Easton and the late William Freytag. He was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1936.
He was vice president of Borg-Warner Acceptance Corp. and co-owner of Gould-Massey Employment Service in Dallas.
He left Easton about 12 years ago and moved to Clifton, N.J. He resided in Dallas since 1955.

Funeral services and entombment for William S. Freytag, 44, of 6110 Averill Way, vice-president of the B. W. Acceptance Corp., will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Hillcrest Mausoleum.
Mr. Freytag, who died here Friday, had been a Dallas resident since 1955. He was also co-owner of the Gould-Massey Employment Service.
Survivors: Wife; a daughter, Miss Lynn Freytag of Clifton, N.J., and mother, Mrs. Elsie Freytag of Easton, Pa.
