Services for Ors C Cothran, 78, of 110 West Farrall, Shawnee, were held at 2:30 p m Saturday in Gaskill chapel.
Dr Frank O Baugh, pastor of Immanuel Baptist church, conducted services. Burial was in Meeker cemetery.
Mr Cothran died Thursday morning in a Shawnee hospital. He was a retired farmer and a member of the First Baptist church.
He was born October 14, 1880 in Young county, Texas, and came to Shawnee as a young boy. He had lived in and around Shawnee most of his life.
Surviving him are five sisters; Mrs Nettie Black, Shawnee; Mrs Margaret Beadle, Meeker; Mrs Eula Stout, Tulsa; Mrs Callie Plumlee, Seminole; and Mrs Fay Williams, Visalia, California; a brother, John Cothran, Santa Cruz, California; 22 nephews and 14 nieces.
Gaskill Funeral chapel was in charge of arrangements.
