David Nailor, Jr., Newville R.D. 2, asked for divorce from Mrs. Mary Nailor, Newville, on grounds of general indignities in a suit filed today in the courthouse. They were married October 13, 1927, in Hagerstown.

CARLISLE - David A. Nailor, 84, of 600 Mohawk Road, Upper Frankford Twp., died Tuesday in Forest Park Health Center.

He was formerly employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the John F. Walters Co. of Newville and was a member of the White Circle Club.

Surviving are his wife, Esther L. Weigle Nailor; two sons, Ronald E. of Newville and Samuel of Hawaii; five daughters, Shirley E. Burkholder of Orrstown, Barbara Ann Varner of Newburg, Virginia Menges of Newville and Gladys Paxton and Amy Bricker, both of Carlisle; a stepson, Kenneth L. Weigle of St. Augustine, Fla.; four brothers, John and Robert, both of Newville, and William and Benjamin, both of Carlisle; four sisters, Emma Mentzer of Reading, Betty Evelhoch of Shippensburg and Elida Loy and Mary Ramp, both of Carlisle; a half-brother, Bruce of Carlisle; 10 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Twp.

Viewing will be from 10 to 11 a.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
