Thomas M. Gresham, 84, of Green River passed away Oct. 5, 2012, at his home.

A longtime resident of Green River, Gresham had been in ill health for the past several months.

He was born March 30, 1928, in Dines, Wyo., the son of the late Walter and Rose Louise Robinson Gresham.

Gresham attended schools in Dines and was a 1945 graduate of high school.

He married Connie Leonard in Reno, Nev., on August 15, 1956 and she preceded him in death on August 17, 1980.

Gresham was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War.

Gresham was employed as a truck driver for many years and worked for Pioneer-Container Corporation and Milan Trucking. He retired in 1990.

He was a member of the Teamster's Union.

His interests included fishing, hunting, camping, spending time with his family as well as yard work.

Survivors include one son Doug Gresham and wife Chris of Rock Springs; one daughter Shelia Gresham Cross of Fair Oaks, Calif.; one stepdaughter Angela Battles of Milpitas, Calif.; three brothers Dave Gresham of Rock Springs, Walter Gresham of Colorado and Harvey Lee Gresham of Etna; two sisters Janine Gresham of Farmington, Utah, and Ramona White of Denver; first wife Darlene Shirley Roach Gresham of Vallejo, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; second wife Connie R. Gresham; third wife Janette Gresham; three daughters Diane Louise Gresham, Stacy Ann Gresham and Brenda Gresham; two sons Thomas Gresham and Thomas Merit Gresham; one brother Julius Gresham.
