"Kenneth G. Acers, aged 80, of Warren, died June 5, at the Bella Vista Nursing Home in Richfield Springs, where he had been a patient since February. Mr. Acers was born in the Town of Warren May 25, 1890, son of Frank and Josephine (Stauring) Acers. He attended schools in Warren and Richfield Springs and married Joanna Shaul of the Town of Warren in Springfield Center. Surviving are his wife and one son, Hilton, at home. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Sunday from the McGrath Funeral Home in Richfield Springs with the Rev. David Hornbeck of the Church of Christ Uniting, officiating.
