Elmer E. Rodkey, 70, of 3009 Walnut St., died Thursday at Community General Osteopathic Hospital.
A retired employee of Pennsupreme Dairies, he was a member of VFW Post 1718 and American Legion Post 265, both of Hummelstown; the Penbrook and Progress Fire Companies; Seventh Ward Political Club and the National Brotherhood of Dairy Workers.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Naomi Rodkey; two sons, Harrison and George W., both of Middletown; two daughters, Mrs. Alexander Kohl of Lawnton and Mrs. Martin Radic of Harrisburg and several grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. atthe funeral home at 3125 Walnut St. with Rev. Robert C. Trego, pastor of the Royalton United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in East Harrisburg Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
