Tioga, March 19, - Tom Urell died at his home on Broad Street at one o'clock this afternoon after a week's illness of pneumonia. Mr. Urell was born in Tioga, May 3, 1857 and was the next to the youngest son of William T. and Rowena Daggett Urell. He was a lifelong resident of Tioga and a member for many years, first of the W. T. Urell & Sons and later of Urell Brothers. Mr Urell had not been in business for over two years, because of failing health. He was a man of a pleasant, courteous and social disposition and had a large number of friends in Tioga County. He was one of a family of five children, Robert E. Urell of Mansfield; Mrs Mary Urell Baldwin; Chas. A. Urell; Tom M. Urell and Richard D. Urell, of Tioga, all of them life-long residents of Tioga and vicinity, of whom he is survived by Robert E. Urell only. Richard D. Urell died of pneumonia on March 4 of this year. Mr Urell is also survived by his widow, Mrs Maude Babcock Urell and three children, Catherine F. Urell, R. Louise Urell and Tom M. Urell, Jr. The funeral will be held at 2:30pm on Thursday at the home on Broad Street; interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Tioga.
