Although Chad was only 22 years of age, he lived a full, happy life. Everyone who knew Chad remembered him for his happy, bubbly attitude, rosy cheeks and big smile.
Chad had been living in California, learning the art of cooking and had recently moved back to Jerome, Idaho, where he was employed at CSI and Chili's. He also worked for the Jerome Recreation Center as an umpire for his second love, baseball.
Chad was preceded in death by his grandmother, Beverly Miller, Brogan, Ore.
He is survived by his mother, Debra Lynn Seiders-Surrage, Jerome, ID; and father, Mark Seiders, Adrian, OR; one sister, T.J. Surrage, Jerome, ID, whom he was very close to; grandmother, Joyce Larson, Ventura, CA ; grandfathers, Paul Miller, Brogan, OR, Clint Seiders, Adrian, OR; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
