Born Jessie Mae McDaniel to father Earnest McDaniel and mother Dora DeWitt. Name changed to Jessie Vidrickson when Dora married Nels(step-father Nels Vidrickson), then Jessie Disney (Jessie's marriage to Joseph Disney was annulled after giving birth to Alfred Disney), Jessie Gaumer, Jessie Miller, then after her divorce in 1944 from Charles Arthur Miller, she legally went back to using the name Jessie Gaumer. She went by the nickname "Mickey" even to her children and grandchildren,to which I always called her by "Grandma Mickey"

p.m. Monday at the Chapel Funeral
Home. the Rev. Bob Ama officiating.
Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Gaumer was born Oct. 27, 1897,
in Kearney, Neb. She lived for many
years In the Salina-McPherson area,
and was a retired practical nurse at St.
John's Hospital and numerous area
nursing homes.
Mrs. Gaumer attended the Episcopal
Church.
Surviving are three sons, Marvin, 904 Highland;
Clyde, Palatine,Ill.,and Alfred Disney, Santa Anna, Calif.;
two daughters, Mrs. Thomas Wagner, 904 Highland, and
Mrs. Jean Amerlan, Rolling Meadows, Ill.;
12 grandchildren.
five step-grandchildren, and 30 great-
grandchildren
