Albert A. Oliver, 73, 1905 Garnet Ave., died today in Parkview Nursing Home.
He was a lifelong resident of Muncie. He worked for the Wakenhut Security Co. and before that operated service stations in Muncie.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include two sons, Albert Oliver Jr., Muncie, and Glen Oliver, Farmland; two daughters, Mary Jane Brashear, Muncie, and Carolyn Sue Bicknell, Eaton; a sister, Laura Belle Watkins, Muncie; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel with Rev. Ed Pease officiating. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Calling will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the mortuary.
