The death of Mrs. Ruth Adams Taber, the widow of Dr. Charles R. Taber of Dillon, occurred at 3:30 yesterday morning at a hospital here. She had ,been ill several months.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 o'clock this afternoon from McCormick's mortuary here by the Rev. Lewis N. Taylor, Rector of the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.
Pallbearers will include Carlisle Oxner, Robert Adams, Derrill Taber, George Taber, John Von Lehe and Marion H. Maner.
Mrs. Taber was the daughter of Robert and Eveline Adams of Fort Motte.
She is survived by a son, Joseph Taber of Dillon, two brothers, Robert Adams of Fort Motte and Weston Adams of Jone, La.; a sister, Mrs., Charlotte Adams Crouch of Greenville; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
