Gerald E. Schleh, 54, of 103 S. Sixth Ave., St. Nazianz, died unexpectedlyFriday morning at home.
Funeral services will be at 10:45 a.m. Monday at Christianson Deja Funeral Home, and 11 a.m. at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. The Rev. Cyril Dickrell will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.

Mr. Schleh was born Dec. 1, 1920, at St. Nazianz, son of Joseph and Leona Garthoeffner Schleh. He attended St. Gregory School. He married Arlene Madson June 26, 1948, at St. Gregory Catholic Church. He was a meat cutter
at A & P Tea Co. of Manitowoc.

Survivors include his wife, two sons, David at home, and John at Fort Eustis, Va.; a daughter, Mrs. Michael (Barbara) Carpenter, his parents of St. Nazianz;a brother, Roman three sisters,Miss Betty Fay of St. Nazianz, Mrs. Jerome Ryan of West Point, Neb., and Mrs. James Schnell of Sheboygan, and his grandmother, Mrs. Ed Garthoeffner.

Friends may call at Christianson Funeral Home, St. Nazianz, from 4 to 9 p.m.Sunday, where a parish prayer service will be at 8 p.m.
