Barbara was born at Taber on July 7, 1923 and was the daughter of John and Nettie Bell.
She received her schooling at Taber and married Roscoe (Ring) Kinniburgh on December 26, 1943. Ring and Barbara lived at Purple Springs until moving to Taber in 1959. She was an active member of the Eastern Star and the Evangelical Free Church.
She was predeceased by six sisters: Marion Felber, Verna Walker, Edith Peterson, Muriel Bell, Helen Marshall and Mary Dirks; and by four brothers: Malcolm Bell, Arnold Bell, Gordon Bell and Harold Bell.
The Funeral Service was held at the First Christian Reformed Church, 3902 Heritage Drive, Taber on Tuesday, January 16, 2001.
