Roy Weldon Frank, 75, a loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012. Service: A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Gateway Church in North Richland Hills. Inurnment to follow in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Roy was a man of integrity who loved his family and his country. With a passion for law enforcement, Roy considered it to be a great honor to work within all aspects of his law enforcement career. He was preceded in death by his parents, Barnett Van and Johny Frank; sister, Doris Lynn; and brother, Ellis Wayne. Survivors: Loving wife of 39 years, Irene Frank; sons, Richmond Barnett Frank and Roy Christian Edward Frank and wife, Adriana; daughters, Robin Ann Frank, Felicia Noelle Frank and Sheryl Anne Pressnell and husband, Donald; brother, Henry Van Frank and wife, Nellie Morris; nine grandchildren; and numerous friends and extended family members.
