William C. Pease Dies of Heart Attack Friday
William Campbell Pease, 65, died suddenly at 6:45 P. M., Friday, June 18, at his home, 327 E. Spruce Street.
He was seated at his desk, working on plans of a construction job, when he was stricken with a heart attack.
Son of the late Charles and Sophia Pease, he was the last of one of the oldest families of this city.
His mother, born in the Sault, lived to the age of 91 and her brother, the late William LaLonde, died in 1947 with a few week of reaching the age of 100.

He supervised the plumbing and steam fitting work in the construction of the Ford Motor Company plant at Iron Mountain. He is survived by his wife, Maude; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Ayers and two grandchildren, William and Laurie Ann Ayers, all of the Sault.
He was a member of St. Mary's church, the Knights of Columbus and the BPOE.
The body rests at the home, 327 E. Spruce street, where prayers will be said Sunday evening at 8 o'clock.
