Mrs. Zula Z. Peppard, 82, 1320 Mulvane, died Monday in a Topeka hospital where she had been a patient. She had diabetes and a heart ailment.
She was born June 20, 1889 at Easton and lived in Topeka many years. She was a member of Central Congregational Church.
Her husband, Guy E. Peppard, died in 1965.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Helen Owen, at home; 2 sisters, Mrs. Earl Paulson and Mrs. Eunice Burgoyne, both of Topeka; a granddaughter and 2 great-grandchildren.
Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Services will be Wednesday at Wall-Diffenderfer Chapel with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Zula's parents are: father, Edmond Agustus Barnard and mother, Martha Jane Bordon.
