ALLEN, ELLA MAE, 76, of Maryville died Wednesday morning, Oct. 8, at Fairpark Nursing Home. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by son, Larry Allen.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, J.D. Allen; son and daughter-in-law, David and Kay Allen; daughter, Gladys Tipton; daughter and son-in-law, Genny and Dexter Jackson, all of Maryville; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister Audie Bell Irwin of Benton; brothers, L.E. Hayes of Norfolk, Va.
The funeral services will be at 8 p.m. today at Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Harrison Hill and the Rev. Ronald Morton officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home to proceed to Grandview Cemetery for an 11 a.m. graveside service.
