William B. Brown the son of Ignatius Brown and Elizabeth McAfee married 13 September 1830 Elizabeth Fox daughter of George Fox and Anna Elizabeth Hartman. They resided at Foxville, Frederick County, MD. He operated a store and sawmill at Foxville which were both taken over by his three sons.

(2.) George Ignatius Brown b. 8 September 1833-d. 21 January 1899 wed Mary Catharine Bussard.
(3.) Martin Luther Brown b. 7 September 1836-d. 14 March 1898 wed Mary Elizabeth Buhrman.
(4.) Mary Jane Brown b. 1839-d1925.
(5.) Cornelia Ann Elizabeth Brown b. 1842- d. 8 March 1930. She married Judge William Randolph Young.
(6.) Hezekiah Thomas Brown b. 1844-d. 1917 married Catherine Elizabeth Kinna.
(7.) Martha Ellen b. 1847-d. 24 November 1930 Wed Henry F. C. Stottlemyer.
